# Weekly Review — <WEEK_OF>

**Internal. Not published. 30-45 min routine, Friday close or weekend.**
**Catches drift the per-trade stop cannot see. Required by [[../00-methodology/risk-framework]] §5.**

## 1. Book state

| Position | Dir | Entry | Current | Stop | Days in trade | Realized bp | Unrealized bp |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ... | | | | | | | |

**Totals:**
- Open-risk (sum of per-trade bp risk at current stops): ___ bp
- Realized MTD: ___ bp
- Unrealized: ___ bp
- Net MTD: ___ bp
- Net YTD: ___ bp

## 2. Stop audit

For each open position, answer:

| Position | Stop at technical level? (Y/N) | Stop wick-tested this week? (Y/N) | Stop still valid? (Y/N) | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ... | | | | |

A stop is *not* valid if:
- The technical invalidation level has changed (thesis evolved, level should move with it)
- The stop is at a round number that has been wicked through >2x in the last month
- The position size has drifted (added without re-anchoring stop to original risk budget)

## 3. Theme / correlation concentration

Group open positions by *underlying factor*, not by instrument:

| Theme | Positions | Net bp risk | % of open-risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| ... | | | |

**Rule:** no single theme should exceed 50% of open-risk. Two themes at 30%+ each = concentration warning.

## 4. P&L vs plan

| Metric | Plan | Actual | Variance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trades opened this week | | | |
| Trades closed this week | | | |
| Win rate (closed) | | | |
| Avg win / avg loss (closed) | | | |
| Largest single-trade loss | | | |
| Stops hit (count) | | | |

**Drift signal:** if realized P&L is more than 2σ off the trailing 4-week average, flag the cause here before moving on.

## 5. What broke / what worked

**What broke this week.** Specific, factual, one line per item. No narrative.

- ...

**What worked.** Same.

- ...

## 6. Process grade (week, not trades)

A — process executed as designed, P&L anything
B — right process, bad outcome
C — minor process issue (e.g., late journal, missed weekly review once)
D — bad process, good outcome (lucky)
F — broke the framework (oversize, moved stop, no invalidation, blackout violation)

**Grade: ___**

**Justification (one paragraph):**

## 7. Adjustments for next week

- [ ] Concrete, dated, single-action items
- [ ] Each item links to a trade folder, spec section, or risk-framework section it modifies
- [ ] No aspirational language ("be more disciplined") — only specific changes

**Items:**

1. ...

## 8. Carry-forwards

Anything to hand off to next week, next block, or next month's review. Don't lose these.
